It's been years since you got that slow cooker as a gift and well, outside of a hearty chili, you don't quite know what to do with it. Well get ready, because it's time to pull it back out and put together a barbecuing favorite: ribs. That's right. All you have to do is prep, and let the cooker do the work. With these baby back ribs, you won't even miss going to Chili's anymore.

Steps:
- Combine bbq sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl.
- Salt and pepper the ribs. Place ribs in slow cooker, and cover in sauce.
- Cook low and slow for eight hours or high for four hours.
- After the ribs are done, spoon the bbq sauce in the slow cooker over the ribs before removing.
- Cut the ribs, serve with bbq sauce.

Steps:
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add white vinegar and mix spices together, dissolving the achiote paste. Then, add the mango or pineapple juice.
- In your crock pot, lay down a layer of sliced onions.
- Pour in just enough of the marinade to cover the bottom of the crock pot. Then, place your meat into the crock pot.
- Pour the rest of the marinade into the crock pot, completely coating the meat.
- Lay the remainder of the sliced onions on top of the meat.
- Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 10 hours or overnight.
- Remove the tender cooked meat from the crock pot, leaving the juices in the crock pot. Then, shred the meat and return to the crock pot. Combine the meat and juices well.
- Serve meat in soft, warm tortillas alongside desired garnishes of choice. (Garnish: Diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime wedges and salsa)

- Mix flour, chili powder, paprika, cumin, adobo seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add pork and toss until coated.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; fry pork in batches until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Transfer browned pork to a slow cooker.

Steps:
- Slice the pork into extremely thin slices, then transfer to a large bowl. This works best when the pork is super cold or partially frozen.
- Add in all of the ingredients besides the canola oil, then mix until the pork and the vegetables are evenly coated with the marinade.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan over high heat, add pork, being sure not to crowd the pan, stir-fry the pork in batches until slightly crispy on the edges, about 3-4 minutes. If you're using pork belly, cook for a bit longer, around 6-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle a bit of sesame seeds on top, then serve with rice!
