- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. , Transfer to 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. , Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casseroles; cover and freeze up to 3 months. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake as directed, increasing time to 35-40 minutes or until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.,

SPAGHETTI PIZZA PIE

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Whisk together the eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes and 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup of the mozzarella and the spaghetti, then toss well to coat the pasta.
- Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the spaghetti mixture and spread it evenly over the bottom of the pan. Turn the heat to low and cook just until the edges are beginning to set, about 3 minutes.
- Pour the remaining 2 cups pizza sauce evenly over the top and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella, sausage, green peppers, onions and black olives. Transfer to the oven and cook until the spaghetti mixture is fully set and the cheese is bubbly, about 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Using a spatula, slide out of the pan. Top with basil. Cut into wedges and serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 14-inch deep-dish pizza pan with cooking spray. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package, using minimum cook time.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook sausage in oil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. With slotted spoon, remove sausage from skillet; set aside. Cook mushrooms in drippings over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.
- Place cooked spaghetti in pizza pan; top with sausage, pasta sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms and cheeses.
- Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until just lightly pink. Add green bell pepper and onion to the sausage. Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through. Add the pepperoni, olives, cream cheese, and sauce. Cook over low heat until heated through and cheese has melted.
- When pasta is done, drain and return to the pot. Stir the sausage mixture into the pasta; stir to coat the pasta.
- Add half of the pasta mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese. Spread the remaining pasta over the cheese and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and place a few pepperoni slices on top, if you like.
- Bake until the cheese has melted and the pasta is heated through, about 15 minutes.
