BAKED SPAGHETTI WITH ANGEL HAIR PASTA
This is an easy and no fuss pasta recipe...you can use any type ground meat..This is so good and easy you will want to make it often...with garlic toast and a side salad---

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray a 9 by 13 inch glass baking dish; set aside.
- 2. In a medium saucepan or skillet, cook the beef, onion, and Worcestershire sauce until meat is cooked through. Pour mixture into a large bowl and add the Italian seasoning, garlic paste, salt ,pepper, red pepper flakes, tomatoes, pasta sauce and cooked pasta. Using tongs or large forks stir , mix and blend ingredients together well.
- 3. Place 1/2 the mixture into the prepared dish: sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over top. Place remaining pasta mixture in dish and sprinkle the cheddar jack cheese over top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted and food is hot. You are going to love this easy and delicious pasta.
MAMA'S ANGEL HAIR PIE (SPAGHETTI PIE) FOR TWO
This is a nicely scaled down dish for two, can be scaled up too. Using angel hair pasta makes the "crust" special. From TOH. It also freezes well before baking

- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
- In a small bowl combine the pasta, egg and parmesan cheese. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 7 inch pie plate or shallow 2 cup round baking dish coated with non stick spray. Set aside.
- Crumble sausage into a small skillet, add onion. Cook until no longer pink, drain. Stir in tomato sauce, sour cream and italian seasoning. Spoon into crust.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with mozzarella, bake until cheese melts and serve immediately.

This is a family classic that my Mom would actually kill me for sharing - but it's too good not to! My brother kills for this recipe to this day...I personally savor it for special occasions.

Steps:
- Melt the butter in a saute pan. You can also substitute butter for olive oil to make a lighter version, or use a combination of both. Once melted, add the garlic and chopped onions. When onions are translucent, add the Pork Sausage. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the sausage looks done. Add in the chopped green onions and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are done, about 5 more minutes.
- Boil your spaghetti to al-dente, in parallel of this fantastic sauceless-sauce.
- Then enjoy with some grated parm-reggiano cheese and top off with a glass of wine!
