1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground turkey
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELLĀ® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
1-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes

Steps:

  • Cook onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add turkey; cook 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  • Add salsa, water and pasta; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 14 to 16 min. or until pasta is tender. Stir in corn and cilantro; simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until reduced to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cheese; top with avocados and tomatoes.

1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 pkg. (7.35 oz.) KRAFT Classic Ranch with Bacon Pasta Salad
2 cups water
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 can (8.75 oz.) corn, drained

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Sprinkle with red pepper.
  • Add Pasta, Seasoning and water; stir. Cover; cook on medium heat 7 to 9 min. or until pasta is tender.
  • Remove chicken from skillet; set aside. Add green peppers and corn to pasta mixture in skillet; mix well. Top with chicken; cook, covered, 5 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with Croutons and Parmesan.

1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELLĀ® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Tbsp. milk
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
3 cups hot cooked rotini pasta
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese spread, seasoning and milk until blended. Cook and stir chicken and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 7 to 8 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, corn and cream cheese mixture; cook and stir 3 min.
  • Add pasta and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with remaining shredded cheese. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand until cheese is melted.
