I didn't like the traditional souperburger but my good friend Jennie made these for a get together and I had to get this recipe. Yum Yum!

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1 (14 ounce) can minestrone soup
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup water
6 hot dog buns
sliced cheese

Steps:

  • Brown meat, onion, and oregano in skillet.
  • Add soup, catsup, and water.
  • Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Butter and toast buns.
  • Stir meat mixture and spread on buns.
  • Place 2 strips of cheese over each.
  • Broil until cheese melts.

1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup water
Ketchup
1/8 tsp black pepper
6 hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Cook beef and onion in skillet until beef is browned. Pour off fat.
  • Add soup, water, ketchup and pepper. Heat through.
  • Divide meat mixture among rolls.

1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse Premium White Rolls with Sesame Seeds OR Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse Premium White Rolls, split

Steps:

  • Cook the beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the soup, water, ketchup and black pepper in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Divide the beef mixture among the rolls.
