Ingredients

3/4 cup half-and-half or 3/4 cup light cream
1/2 cup coconut-flavored rum
1/4 cup vanilla vodka or 1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup cream of coconut
ice cube

Steps:

In a pitcher stir together the half-and-half, coconut rum, vanilla vodka, and cream of coconut.
Place ice cubes in a martini shaker.
Add coconut mixture.
Cover and shake.
Divide mixture among prepared martini glasses.
Makes: 4 to 6 drinks.

1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
edible sliver flakes

Steps:

1. Chill your glass in the freezer. Pour all the ingredients except the edible silver flakes, into a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake until completely blended. Pour into your chilled glass. Sprinkle with silver flakes. Now that's some sparkle!

1 ounce, fluid Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 whole "ball" Of White Cotton Candy
Sugar Or White Non-perils, To Rim A Martini Glass

Steps:

1. In a martini shaker filled with ice cubes, put in 2 shot glasses of whipped cream vodka and one shot glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice. 2. Shake well. 3. Place the cotton candy in a martini glass rimmed with sugar or white non-perils. Strain the cocktail over the cotton candy, "melting" the snowball and infusing the cocktail with sweetness.
