There's nothing that doesn't taste better with Ranch dressing on it. Once you try this super-simple slow cooker pasta, you may agree that this is Ranch's finest moment.

1 lb chicken breasts
6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
8 oz spaghetti, cooked

Steps:

  • Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; place chicken breasts in cooker.
  • In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Pour over top of chicken.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 hours or on High heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
  • When about 15 minutes are left, cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
  • Just before serving, shred chicken with 2 forks, and toss creamy chicken mixture with cooked spaghetti.

For an easy, satisfying meal, this recipe for bacon-ranch seasoned chicken sandwiches is sure to please.

4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup unsalted Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
5 slices bacon
8 burger buns
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Thinly sliced green onions and/or pickled jalapeño slices, if desired

Steps:

  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper. Place chicken breasts in single layer in slow cooker. In measuring cup, beat chicken broth and ranch seasoning with whisk. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on High heat setting 4 hours.
  • Meanwhile, heat oven to 375° F. Place bacon on cookie sheet lined with cooking parchment paper. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Cool slightly before crumbling or slicing into bits.
  • When chicken is done, carefully remove to cutting board, and shred using 2 forks. Place shredded chicken back into broth in slow cooker.
  • Set oven control to broil. Butter each bun half, and place on cookie sheet, butter sides up. Broil with tops 6 inches from heat for a minute or two or until golden brown. Remove from oven, leaving broiler on, and set top buns aside. Pile some of the chicken onto each bottom bun; top with cheese, green onions and/or jalapeños, and place back under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with top buns, and serve warm.

An easy and delicious slow cooker chicken sandwich loaded with flavor!

4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts (depending on the size)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with bacon
2 (1 ounce) packets dry ranch dressing mix
10 ounces bacon (cooked and crumbled)
6 rolls (or buns, we used onion buns)
1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Lightly spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Place your chicken in the slow cooker.
  • In a medium sized bowl combine the cream cheese, bacon cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and cooked bacon pieces,and spread over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours or on high for about 4 hours. Watch closely so they don't overcook.
  • Shred the chicken with 2 forks and stir together well in the slow cooker so chicken is coated well.
  • Serve chicken on rolls and top with shredded cheese. Stick under the broiler just until cheese is melted. Watch closely-only takes about 45 seconds.

I'm not sure where I got this recipe, but it is a keeper. My sons love it. Of course they love anything with bacon! Very easy and a quick meal since most of it is done in the crock pot.
