SEVEN LAYER RAINBOW SALAD
I always made this for my children's birthday parties and now I make it for my grandchildren. It is beautiful, refreshing and it is loved by all. It has become a tradition for special occasions in our family. It is one of my favorites from "Angels and Friends" cookbook.

SEVEN LAYER SALAD
I usually make this bacon, lettuce, onion, pea, cheese and cauliflower layered salad in a large flat bowl. There's never too much because everybody loves it! You can vary the salad by substituting green onions for red, jack cheese for the Cheddar, etc.
