- Preheat oven to 400°. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg substitute, mustard and garlic. In another shallow bowl, toss bread crumbs with seasonings. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture., Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown and chicken is no longer pink, 10-15 minutes.

- 1. In a shallow bowl, combinethe eggs, mustard, and garlic. In another bowl combine the bread crumbs, basil, salt, and pepper. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then roll in the bread crumbs.
- 2. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Babe at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, and juices run clear.
