SAUSAGE RICE SCRAMBLE

- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine rice, cooked sausage and onions; heat through. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, oregano, salt and pepper; add to rice mixture. Cook and stir until the eggs are completely set.

SAUSAGE EGG AND RICE
When I was younger I used to love my best friend's mom's sausage and rice caserole. I had no real idea how to cook or follow a recipe. I just made this one up and you know what I still love it. It is my son's all time favorie meal still to this day. I have handed it on to my friends and sister in law and their kids love it too. I hope you like it.

- Mix together the browned sausage, scrambled eggs and cooked rice. Salt and pepper to taste and that is it!
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE FRIED RICE
Steps:
- Crumble sausage into a skillet; cook over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. In same skillet, cook and stir egg over medium heat until completely set. Stir in the rice, sausage, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Cook until heated through.
