1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
12 saltine crackers, crushed
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
4 sesame seed hamburger buns, toasted
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat, cracker crumbs, onions, egg and 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and cheeseburgers.

1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
5 guajillo chiles, stemmed, seeded and soaked
2 Tbsp. water (reserved from drained soaked chiles)
2 cloves garlic, divided
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
8 KRAFT Singles
8 hamburger buns
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
8 lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Blend steak sauce, chiles, water and 1 garlic clove in blender until smooth. Strain; set aside.
  • Chop remaining garlic. Add to meat and onions in large bowl; mix lightly. Shape into 8 (3/4-inch-thick) patties. Grill, covered, 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles. Grill 1 min. or until Singles begin to melt.
  • Spread bottom halves of buns with mayo; fill with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and sauce mixture.
