MOM'S BROCCOLI & GREEN OLIVE SALAD
Mom has made this for years. We love olives and this gives the salad a zip. Of course, adjusting the amounts of each ingredient is a personal choice, if you like more bacon or more olives, etc.

- Mix broccoli, bacon and green olives together.
- Mix in enough mayo to hold the above ingredients together.

My mother has made this for years. With some adaptations and couple of decades, I have come to actually like it! Originally, she made it with with Bleu Cheese instead of Feta cheese. This is a real hit at picnics.

- Toss cauliflower in olive oil, then add vinegar and toss again.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.

- Mix flour,butter and 1 cup nuts,press into bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Beat together 1/2 of the cool whip,and all of the cream cheese and sugar.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk,spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining cool whip and gransh with nuts.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.

- Heat over to 350 degrees.
- Coat a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium size bowl, mix flour, walnuts and butter.
- Pat into prepared dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Prepare vanilla pudding using 2 cups of the milk.
- Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Prepare chocolate pudding with remaining 2 cups milk.
- spread over the vanilla pudding layer.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate curls.
- Cut into squares.
