RICH CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER BARS
I got this recipe from a Friends of the Library cookbook. The bars are easy to make and taste awsome. Plus the ingredients are things that most people have one hand. My kids also love it.

Steps:
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan and set aside.
- Melt peanut butter and margarine in a medium pan.
- When melted add the sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla, stirring until well blended.
- Pour into pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Cool, and cut into squares.

- 1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a bowl cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add to butter mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in peanut butter. Spread into a greased 7x11" baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until it is set in the center. Cool completely and cut in squares. Cut regular-sized, or smaller bite-sized placed in decorative paper or foil candy cups.

- HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with flour no-stick cooking spray.
- COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl; set aside.
- HEAT peanut butter and butter in medium saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
- ADD flour mixture; stir just until combined. Spread batter in prepared pan.
- BAKE 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack; cut into bars.
