Banana Pudding image

I have always liked banana pudding and the pure vanilla extract added to the warm pudding & the whip topping really makes a difference in the flavor. So Good!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box nilla wafer cookies
2 large boxes of vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
5 3/4 c milk, 2%
1 1/2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
3 small bananas
1 large container of whipped topping
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. In a 13x9 dish pour the whole box of cookies into your pan and set aside.
  • 2. In a medium size saucepan pour your 5 3/4 cups of milk and your two packages of pudding mix and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding thickens. Remove from burner and add vanilla.
  • 3. Slice your bananas over the cookies, then pour your pudding over bananas. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla to your whip topping and spread over your pudding layer and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
