Soft and Chewy Reeses Pieces Blondies are a quick and delicious bar recipe. They are the perfect mixture of chocolate and peanut butter!

1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup Reese's Pieces
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine butter and brown sugar. Add the peanut butter and stir to combine. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Stir well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir into the batter.
  • Pour in the Reeses pieces and chocolate chips. Gently mix.
  • Evenly spread batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.

These bars are EXTREMELY RICH and not for people with a fear of CHOCOLATE and PEANUT BUTTER (if those people actually exist)!!! Very easy no bake 5 ingredient recipe!

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 lb confectioners' sugar (3 to 3 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup butter, melted
1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine graham crumbs, sugar and peanut butter and mix well.
  • Blend in melted butter until well combined.
  • Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler.
  • Spread over peanut butter mixture.
  • Chill until just set and cut into bars (these are very hard to cut if the chocolate gets "rock hard".
