1-2 tsp. salt
½ c. soft butter
3 tbsp. dried potato flakes
4 ½ c. bread machine flour (sifted twice)
½ c. powdered milk
4 tsp. sugar
2 packets dried yeast (4 tsp.) in well

Steps:

  • Set bread machine to "dough" Form zweibach & let rise 425 degrees x13 min.
