2 large very ripe mangoes, diced
1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/2 small sweet onion, diced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce*
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin*

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.Cover, and chill for at least one hour before serving.
