This is a great recipe my nextdoor neighbor's sister makes. It's different but it yummy !! It's been used for years serving a bunch of hungry folks. Thanks Barbara for sharing you Tried and True Recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Cover ribs with unsalted water in large pan. Simmer on burner for for one hour, drain well.
- 2. Stir together mustard, soy sauce, horseradish,honey and ginger. Brush over drained ribs. Grill over hot coals or broil 15-20 minutes, turning often and brushing with sauce. Serve with slaw, baked beans, potato salad, garlic toast, and ice tea. Apple Pie and Ice Cream for dessert.
