Al Fresco Chicken Sausage My Way image

I love it so far, and hope everyone who tries it will too...

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb chicken sausage al fresco
2 sweet red peppers, cut up in quarters
1 onion, cut up in quarters
1 clove garlic, cut up in small pieces
Dash salt and pepper
1 sprig(s) parsley, cut up
Dash olive oil, extra virgin
8 oz can of diced tomatoes
4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
1 sprig(s) fresh basil, cut up
2 slice mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Add the Chicken Sausage
  • 2. Cook over Med heat, until almost done
  • 3. Add rest of Ingredients, except the cheese, and cook for about 30 Minutes, uncovered
  • 4. Add the Slices of Cheese, covered until Cheese Is Melted
  • 5. Serve while still Hot...
