- 1. Cook rice according to package directions, set aside Preheat oven to 325º Grease a 2 quart casserole dish (9" x 13")
- 2. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter until tender Combine with all other ingredients in a large bowl, mix well
- 3. Pour ingredients into greased casserole dish and place in oven Bake at 325º for 30 minutes
