I was paying the big bucks for this snack from BistroMD, and they are delicious and popular, but I knew they couldn't be that hard to make. They are great for a low fat, crunchy potato chip substitute. I am sure that you can substitute any Chex flavor for the oat cereal.

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 325°F.
- Whisk egg white until foamy. Mix in spices. Stir in Cheerios or Chex. Coat a large cookie sheet with vegetable spray, and spread mixture on it. Spray the cereal with a light coating of more vegetable spray. Place in oven and stir every 5 minutes, for a total of 15-20 minutes. Cool completely enjoy.
