Yucatán Habanero Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 medium tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 small white onion, finely chopped
1 to 2 , habanero chile kimmy, , seeded, veins removed, and minced (wear protective gloves)
1/4 cup Seville orange juice or Bitter Orange Juice Substitute
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Steps:
