1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons apple butter
1/2 thinly sliced banana
Ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.

Steps:

  • Spoon plain low-fat yogurt into a serving dish. Top with apple butter and thinly sliced banana.
  • Sprinkle with ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
