PC Deep Covered Baker Garlic Cheese Potatoes Recipe - (3.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 5

peeled and sliced potatoes
2-3 cloves garlic pressed
1/2 stick melted butter
2 scallions
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Place peeled and sliced potatoes in deep covered baker. Melt butter with the garlic. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with the chopped scallions, and parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until done. Remove lid and let brown.
