Wonton soup is one of my absolute favorites! You can make the wontons ahead of time and freeze them by placing them on a cookie sheet lined with freezer paper. Freeze 2 hours or until completely frozen; then transfer to a zip lock bag and return to the freezer for later use.

Steps:
- 1. Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well. Place pork mixture by teaspoonfuls into the center of each won ton. Moisten edges of wonton with cold water to help seal it. Fold over diagonally covering the pork mixture. Bring sides up to center to form kind of a triangular shaped envelope. Drop won tons into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes until wontons are soft and cooked. Set aside, keep warm.
- 2. Meanwhile brush pork with soy sauce and hosin sauce. Place on lightly greased pan and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and cut into very thin strips.
- 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil wontons for 3-4 minutes until done. Drain.
- 4. Pour chicken broth into a large dutch oven. Add soy sauce, and pork strips. soy sauce and bok choy. Bring Put all ingredients into soup pot. Bring just to a simmer. Remove from heat and add wontons. Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions.
