Steps:
- Wings: Mix oil and spice mix. Add wings. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30 minutes. Cool wings, cover then refrigerate until ready to grill. To Grill: Grill wings until heated through, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl , add BBQ sauce, toss until wings are completely coated. Serve with dressing for dipping. BBQ Sauce: Heat oil over med heat. Add onion, garlic, cumin and chile powder.Saute until onions are soft. Add malt vinegar to deglaze. Add rest of ing and simmer until slightly thickened. Transfer to a blender, blend until smooth. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
