Steps:
- 1. Cook 2 strips thick cut bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove from skillet and drain all but 1 T fat. 2. Add 1 clove minced garlic and cook for 1 minutes. 3. Add 1/4 C chicken stock and bring to a boil 4. Stir in 1 bunch rinsed and coarsely chopped red chard. 5. Cook for a few minutes until greens are barely wilted. 6. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper, then drizzle with 1 to 2 t balsamic vinegar. 7. Crumble cooked bacon over the top.
