Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, sift together flour(s), baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center.
- 2. In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.
- 3. Pour liquid ingredients into well of dry ingredients.
- 4. Mix until smooth.
- 5. Heat a lightly oiled grittle over meduim/medium-low heat.
- 6. Pour or scoop batter onto griddle in roughly 1/4 cup increments.
- 7. Brown on both sides and serve.
