White Chocolate Oatmeal Raisin Cookies image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup flour
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup raisins

Steps:

  • Mix oats, flour, dry pudding mix and baking powder; set aside. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar; stir until blended. Whisk eggs and milk until blended. Add to chocolate mixture; mix well. Stir in dry ingredient mixture until blended. Stir in raisins. Refrigerate 1 hour or until dough is easy to handle.
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cookies are no longer shiny and begin to crackle on top. Cool on baking sheets 2 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
