1 (12 ounce) package broccoli slaw mixed salad greens
3 tablespoons plain low-fat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 serving(s) sun maid raisins

Steps:

  • Add the broccoli slaw and raisins to a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a measuring cup.
  • Whisk together until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Stir well to combine.
