Watermelon Mint Punch image

Refreshing, fruity rum and wine cooler for summertime parties. Serve over ice with fresh mint or in salt-rimmed glasses.

3 cups diced seedless watermelon
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup sweet white wine (such as Cupcake® Angel Food™)
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup white rum (such as Bacardi®)
¼ cup light agave nectar
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon clear mint syrup (such as Monin® Frosted Mint Syrup)

Steps:

  • Place watermelon, mango, wine, ice cubes, rum, agave nectar, lemon juice, and mint syrup into a blender; puree until punch is smooth and frothy.
  • Strain punch into a pitcher. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
