Warm Cinnamon Bread Pudding image

Semi-sweet chocolate chunks are sprinkled onto a cinnamon bread pudding and baked until the pudding starts to bubble in the center.

2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
5 cups cold milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
5 cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat pudding mixes, milk and cinnamon in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  • Add bread cubes; mix lightly to coat. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chunks.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until pudding just starts to bubble in center. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
