4 - zucchini (about 1 lb) thinly sliced
1/2 pound(s) fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 cup(s) spaghetti sauce
1 cup(s) shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine vegetables and sauce.
  • Transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 minutes; sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
