Steps:
- In a medium bowl combine broccoli, onion and bell pepper. Add half the parmesan cheese plus garlic. Stir to combine. Add gloucester cheese, sour creme, mayo and pepper;mix well. Spoon into a small baking dish. Bake 20 - 25 min or until heated through. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over top. Serve with warm tortillas or pita chips.
