2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
10 (5 oz) tablespoons oil
5 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups water

Steps:

Mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients. Spread in 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350º.
