Steps:
- Roughly chop garlic and shallot. Peel away lemon grass stalks until soft part only. Bottom 4-5 inches. Roughly chop. Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pour into bag and place chops in. Marinate for 1-2 hours. Grill on high for 4-5 minutes each side.
- Sauce: 1 cup hot water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup lime 1/3 cup fish sauce, 2 cloves garlic, 1 small birds eye chili.
