Very Unusual BLT Sandwich image

This is another unusual sandwich using peanut butter... may sound strange... but it is really good! Posting these unusual sandwiches, and I thought I was alone... there are others who eat these "unusual" delights! Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 slice bread (or toast)
peanut butter, creamy
mayonnaise ( or miracle whip)
3 slice bacon (fried crisp)
2 - 3 leaves of lettuce
1-2 slice tomato

Steps:

  • 1. Fry the bacon, get all ingredients ready to assemble. If you choose to toast the bread, do it now!
  • 2. Put a thin layer of peanut butter on the bread (or toast). Next spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip). Put your lettuce on one or both slices of bread.
  • 3. Set the tomato slice(s) on the lettuce. Put the bacon on top of the tomato. Cover with the other slice of bread (or toast). Cut on the diagonal. Enjoy!
