CLASSIC ROMPOPO image

Number Of Ingredients 5

-1 liter of whole milk
-6 egg yolks
-1 pound of sugar that (is not granulated) or two tins of condensed milk.
cinnamon and "clavos de olor" as you wish
-liquoror (optional guaro o ron)

Steps:

  • PREPARATION Beat the 6 egg yolks. When the egg yolks are white, add milk and put to boil in a "baño Maria" way, until you obtain a creamy mixture. Afterwards add the sugar, condensed milk and cinnamon, until mixing well. Finally add liquor to the pleasure.
