Veggie Dip image

My mom has made this for as long as I can remember, and it has always been my favorite. Its a bit chunky, but the taste is absoulutely unbeatable. I beg you to try it... no other dip will suffice.

Yield 1 1/4 cups

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup mayonnaise (light if you prefer)
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Put in bowl or tupperware and cover well.
  • Refrigerate for one hour, or longer.
  • Stir and serve with raw veggies.
