4 portabella mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 medium onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
2 -4 slices provolone cheese
2 hoagie rolls

Steps:

  • Slice veggies.
  • Heat oil over medium heat.
  • Saute onions and peppers for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add mushrooms.
  • Add worcestershire sauce.
  • Let ingredients cook together for 5 minutes.
  • Add cheese and let melt.
  • Place ingredient into the hoagies.
  • Enjoy!
