Vegetable Puree image

I made this with leftover veggies from a party platter.

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 cup(s) cauliflower
1 cup(s) squash
1 cup(s) zuchinni
1 cup(s) carrots
1/2 cup(s) tomatoes
1/2 cup(s) green peppers
1/2 cup(s) onions
3 - garlic cloves
1/2 stick(s) butter
4 cup(s) chicken broth
1 tablespoon(s) complete seasoning
- salt/pepper to taste
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • In a large pot, gently boil everything
  • when fork tender, set aside, let cool
  • with a slotted spoon, put all the veggies in a food processor and puree, add butter, salt/pepper
