Steps:
- coat large skillet with pam-heat-add veal, brown over medium-high heat pudh veal to one side add onion and garlic-cook until onion is lightly browned combine tomato juice,instant broth,italian seasoning,pepper and bay leaf pour over meat cover,cook over low heat 30 minutes or until almost tender add peppers,cover,cook 15 minutes remove bay leaf before serving
