Steps:
- Prepare a 20 x 20cm square tray, lined with baking paper.
- Add Rice Krispie cereal and sprinkles to a large bowl and combine.
- Add butter to a saucepan, over medium heat. Once melted, stir in marshmallows until they are melted.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal and combine.
- Pour into a prepared slice tray. Press mixture firmly into the tray, ensuring an even layer.
- Place into the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least half an hour. Once cooled, cut into squares.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave on 30-second intervals until. Dip squares into melted chocolate and then into a bowl of sprinkles. Place bars upright on a tray and chill to set chocolate.
