Udon Stir-Fry Noodles in Teriyaki Glaze image

We have a new tradition in our house -- it's called CO-OP, an acronym for Cupboard of Opportunities. This refers to all those impulse buys that get shoved to the back of the cupboard because there was no plan. So we're conscientiously pulling them out and making a plan. Having said that, this recipe is a step-child to the plan -- I was too tired to go searching, so I used a recipe off from a newly leftover item (Ka-Me Udon noodle package) that I didn't know how to get rid of. And it's tasty and it's easy!
