Two-Faced Avocado Toast (Gemini) Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: avocado, kosher salt, lemon juice, multigrain toast, chive, hard-boiled egg, black pepper

½ avocado
kosher salt, to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 slice multigrain toast
1 chive
1 hard-boiled egg, halved, 1/2 chopped
black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl. Season with salt and add the lemon juice. Mash until smooth.
  • Spread the avocado on the slice of toast. Lay the chive diagonally across the toast. Put the chopped egg on one side of the chive and the other half egg on the other side. Season with pepper.
  • Enjoy!
