Turkey Noodle Soup image

Turkey Noodle Soup is always a favorite at our Thanksgiving meal,using leftover turkey meat.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 c cut-up turkey meat in bitesized pieces
8 c chicken broth-i use no msg in the box
16 oz rotini pasta
1 c carrots, chopped
1-1/2 c broccoli florets,bite size

Steps:

  • 1. In a seperate 2 qt. sauce pan,boil water for pasta. Cook pasta until al dente'.Drain. Set aside.
  • 2. In a large Stock pot,add 8 cups Chicken Stock on Med-high heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add cut up Turkey pieces,carrots,and broccoli. Simmer until veggies are tender Add Salt to taste at this point. Serve & Enjoy!
