Steps:
- 1. In a large heavy pot or very large skillet heat oil, add peppers and saute slowly for 5 minutes. Add onions continue sauteing for 3 minutes more. Add garlic and jalapenos and parsley and saute 1 minute. 2. Add turkey and stir in chili powder and brown turkey over medium heat for about 10 m inutes, breaking up to cook evenly. If using a skillet, now transfer the mixture to a large heavy pot. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients, combining torooughly. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat, cover pot and simmer for 1 hour. Then uncover pot, cook chili for 30 minutes more.
