TUNA NOODLE SKILLET DINNER image

Yield 3-4 people

Number Of Ingredients 10

2T minced fresh onion
4T chopped celery (one lg. rib)
2/3 C water (1/2 soup can)
1/16-1/8 tsp curry powder
1/8-1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2C hot cooked bowties or rotini
1/2 C frozen peas, thawed
6 oz solid light tuna in water, draind
chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Saute the onion, celery in large skillet over medium heat until tender. In a bowl combine the water, curry powder, pepper and soup; mix well and add to the veggies in the skillet. Add the cooked pasta, peas and tuna, stirring well. Cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parsley.
