I can tuna drained
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp zest
2 tbsp snipped fresh chives
1 tsp Dijon
2 tsp chopped capers
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • whip the cream to stiff peaks and then fold int all together.
