Tropical Spring Salsa with Pork image

As you know, pork tenderloin tastes terrific with fruit. So it's no surprise that a medley of fruit works, too-in this citrusy salsa for example.

Yield Makes 12 servings, 3 oz. cooked pork and 2 Tbsp. salsa each.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 seedless orange, peeled, chopped
1/4 cup green onion slices
1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
3 pork tenderloins (1 lb. each), grilled

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except pork until well blended.
  • Serve over hot sliced pork.
